Let me first say that the quality of the product itself appears fine for it's purpose. A little light in the metal gauge department, but these are not supposed to be permanent supports. My issue is with the flimsy packaging and the resulting damage and loss of essential parts. I order 4 supports, and when the bundled packaged arrived, both ends of the boxes were torn open/damaged. So, one inner pipe was dented sufficiently to not accept the screw adjustment assembly. 2 of the 4 screw assemblies were missing, 5 of the 8 nut/bolt assemblies were missing, and 3 of the 8 flat plates were missing. I have contacted the seller and will update this review based upon their response and prompt delivery of the missing parts and damaged parts.

When you buy a 115 year old house, you'll likely find a few places that these will come in handy. I have purchased 6 altogether to shore up some sagging beams.

These jacks are great because of the adjustable design. Easy to assemble and fairly easy to set up by myself. The screw jack type system works great unlike the old handle type that are like an old car jack. These will lift a roof off the house with the screw type system. Will be buying more.

Awful product and seller. It's not packaged properly or safely, arrives like others have said, damaged and missing critical parts. Reached out to the seller and told to contact Amazon, who said to contact the seller. Waste of several weeks of back and forth with a 150lb useless product taking up space.

The product is good but was concerned when the box was torn and had big holes in it because the hardware could have easily fallen out but a good product..
