I bought this because I thought it would look great in my oddities cabinet. Despite several other people stating the a acrylic case was cracked, mine arrived m perfect shape. It was bubble wrapped and everything. The tail had broken off in the same place many people stated, but with a hot glue gun I was able to fix that right up. Some of the glueing on this piece isn’t great but for what you pay it is. No one but me will notice it while it’s on display. Five ⭐️ rating despite the minor issues!

I was very impressed. Most of the reviews I read mentioned a problem of one type or another. I was very happy with the quality and condition. A good deal for the money.

The first one I ordered was poorly put together and the acrylic case was broken as well as the tail vertebrae.. I was happy to receive as second one which is the first picture but really upset that the acrylic case was broken in the same exact spot.. The only thing holding the case together is masking tape that came on the case. Both skeletons were shoved in the case that is too small for them and cause friction on their skulls damaging them and the cases.. not sure if it’s the way you ship your product... but it is such an inconvenience.. I need the case intact to display at my workplace because it’s in the medical field.

I never thought I would be reviewing cat bones, particularly since I purchased them for my granddaughters birthday. It was a hit. Actually quite beautiful. She has always collected bones and this was a welcome addition. Great articulation and the display case keeps it safe.

Received mine today, and it was exactly what I expected. It's real cat bones, fairly well articulated (there was some glue visible here and there, though). There was some chemical smell that dissipated fairly quickly. The plastic case had a very small crack that wasn't noticeable. Overall a good deal. It's unfortunate though that, as I understand it, these animals are farmed in China, specifically to produce these.

Skeleton arrived perfectly packed, and in great condition. The acrylic cover has some very slight abrasions on the inside where the tail bones rubber it but other than that, it's great. Couldn't be much happier with the presentation and quality. Sounds like some others aren't as lucky, but thought it important to say mine is great.

There were other reviews warning of the bad condition of the outer plastic cover but I thought that they were a little outdated so I ordered it anyway. Despite how well it seemed to be padded there was a significant crack in the plastic. It was tied down with a red ribbon, I'm not sure if this is how it is packaged normally, or if the ribbon was put on to keep the cover on since the crack didn't allow it to fit snugly. Makes me think that these cases are cracked before even being shipped to the buyer. It's unfortunate to have such a large crack since the cover makes the specimen look more professional. The skeleton was decently in tact but a few bones were mangled and protruding unnaturally. There's no real definition between spinal bones which was unfortunate but it's a good centerpiece for my coffee table. I wish I had saved the money and bought a more professional skeleton. It's definitely a case of getting what you pay for.

The kitty bones in case - it arrived to my door VERY well packed and padded.Unfortunately it arrived with a small crack in the plastic cover. It was not big enough to make a fuss over. Also there was a small bone fragment in loose in the case that i found to be part of the cheekbone and i super-glued it back into place. the "chart" was really cheesey.Overall its bang for the buck. it was not expensive and the wifey loves it, so its a win for me. Some people might have complained about the crack and the bone chip but i realize that YGWYPF - You Get What You Pay For.The skeleton is not a piece of cheap junk, its just not Natural History Museum quality stuff, ya know?
