It’s so easy to use and clean.

When I use the machine more than one year and few days，it cannot be used anymore. And the seller do not need to fix or replace a good one to you because it has been out of one-year warraty. Please think seriouly before you determine to buy it.

Stopped working within warranty. Got replaced with a new unit. Let's see how long this new one will last. If it can last for a year, I will update my rating. It's the first time I had to look for warranty information on Amazon. Not sure why Amazon relates this product to Tiger store. The product support links to Tiger support as well. But you cannot find this brand on Tiger website. Had to call Amazon customer support, and was given a different link, byorient.com, who took care of my issue pretty fast. No complaints at this time.

If you're gonna use it as a grill, better let it heat up before putting any meats on it. It is quite slow at heats up if there's cold foods initially on grill, but once it gets up to temp, it works great.Deeper dish is way taller than it really should be, it is almost twice the height of the unit itself leaving about an entire unit heights worth of exposed walls. Takes a while to bring liquids to a boil and any sustained boil can easily be knocked out once cooler food are added.Probably ideal for keeping foods warm, or light cooking.
