Your cart is empty.Made of Tool Steel- Machined for a perfect size cavity for carbide insert seat, Hardened & Precisely Ground Supplied with a TNMG16 ( 3 face x 2 sides cutting edge) which is replaceable as soon as this is worn out. Just screw a new one, and your tool is new and good to go again. Shanks are precisely machined to square and then ground. Size of the shank and carbide insert reference, is etched for user's easy reference. Designed specially for our large head 4" fly cutting tool. However this can be fitted to any other flying tool that can accept a 1/2" tooling.

The Buyohlic Indexable 1/2" tooling with a Replaceable Carbide Insert is very Durable. I have been using the Tool Holder for some time now with no issues, it is Reliable firmly holding the Carbide Insert in place as designed. I am glad that Buyohlic sells their Tool Holders Separately allowing us to replace worn or damaged parts on their Fly Cutters when needed. The tooling uses a large range of Standard Carbide Inserts. I gave the Buyohlic Indexable 1/2" tooling with a Replaceable Carbide Insert a Full Five Star Rating Across the Board.

This is a great holder for tnmg16 inserts, and can be used as designed n a fly cutter in milling set ups. Can also be used in a lathe setup as a stiff boring bar for larger diameter holes or can be relieved for smaller ones. Super handy for using inserts at a 90 degree angle to workpiece in a lot of lathe and mill setups with inexpensive, versatile carbide inserts, keeping tooling costs low.
