The Tabletops are warped, both have standing water on them because they have both warped on the edges? after only 6 months after being installed, bent and holding water?Bowmar Sports, or butterfly inc, has refused to refund, replace broken or warped table tops, or replace the table, even after 2 weeks of emails, and a phone call, they say that warped playing table tops are from normal wear & tear ? or ( wait for customer service to contact manufacturer over seas LOL, and then the supervisor is at the usa table tennis national championships in Atlanta and cant refund me due to being out of town,, what will be the next story LOL ;)

The instructions are much too brief, and poorly written, the illustrative photographs are tiny and have been photo photocopied so many times that they are very difficult to decipher. So you essentially have to figure out how to put it together yourself. On top of that there are parts of the table which require bolts to attach the table top to the frame, for which there are holes but no bolts: no bolts mentioned in the instructions and no bolts provided with the hardware. For this kind of money I expected something much better. The set comes with some wrenches, but I would highly recommend using a socket set if you don’t want to spend two to three exhausting hours putting it together. The bolts that are provided are mostly much too long for their purpose so at the net and under the table you have protruding bolts. Because these bolts are too long for their intended purposes it takes that much longer to install.

Great table but had some quality control issues. Bent brackets that made mounting difficult and also was missing 8 washers. Directions are lacking.
