I had a blown 120A fuse on a 2000 Maxima positive battery terminal. The old original fuse had the holes on the legs open on one side so they slide over the terminal screws. This fuse has a hole closed requiring you to remove the terminal screws entirely before you can replace it. Other than that this is a perfect replacement.

Update May 1st, 2019: I finally mistook the positive for the negative myself and toasted this unit. It did last this long and had absolutely no issues for four years and probably would have lasted the life of the car. Ordered again, hopefully I never go through that again, nothing blew up in my face thankfully.Worked great for my 2000 Lexus GS300, my brother jumped the car wrong and fried the alternator and fuse. It's only been around a month but performing properly. This review was more to help about which car it works on, can't speak for all lexus and toyota models, but cross reference between a few sites and be sure before you buy something and have it sitting around the garage because it's one of those hardly worth sending back.
