Great rocker panel covers, nice quality, easy to install just take your time. Fit perfect on my 2013 ram 1500. Looks like an OEM product. My rocker panel had a rust hole in it and these covers went right over. Much cheaper fix than a body shop. Recommend the covers. Shipping was on time. Recommend the seller. A+++++

These things are AMAZING! They look like they are from the factory. Very easy to install in about 45 minutes. I would highly recommend these if you don't have a ton of money to have new metal welded in. I (personally) think they look GREAT.

Bought these to cover up some areas in the rocker panels from some rust I had cut out. Install was easy. Towards the front where the body seam was uneven from grinding out the rust I put on a few clamps to get the adhesive strip to seal. After that I have had no issues.

This has made my rusty rocker panels look brand new ! Yes they are not cheap but they are alot cheaper than a body shop ! They fit my 2011 big horn quad cab like a glove ! Took five minutes to install , these could not be more simple to install ! Incredible difference in appearance now ! And no body shop , truck looks brand new ! Highly recommend! My truck is black so they already matched perfectly, but these can be painted also ! Buy them !

I recently bought a 2016 ram 1500 that was in overall good shape. There was a bit of surface rust on the rockers that I didn’t mind too much. I figured I could sand and paint it.Turns out, the back right rocker panel had about 4-6 square inches of completely rusted metal.I was going to have them professionally repaired, but the cost was ridiculous at the local body shops.I am a little familiar with doing body work, and have done similar repairs on jeeps in the past.So once I found these panels, I went to work sanding and cutting out the bad metal. I was able to cut far enough into the good metal to get it all, and then I coated it inside and out with POR15 Rust preventative. That stuff is a miracle, it stops rust in its tracks and keeps it from happening in the future. I usually coated the frame of my old CJ and YJ keeps with the stuff, so I know it works. Then, of course, I was left with holes where that rust used to be. Not enough to be a structural concern but enough to be an eye sore.So input the bushwhacker panels over it.I’m glad I read the reviews on these as well as the cheaper knock offs. Apparently the cheap ones don’t fit right and the glue is bad.Well… I’m glad I went with the more expensive bushwhackers. They fit perfect and the glue is so freaking strong I don’t foresee them ever even coming loose as long as I own the truck. You can’t even tell I did the work underneath, and hopefully these will add another layer of protection for future rust as well.I wouldn’t suggest doing this method if you have major rust, to the point the structural integrity is compromised…. But if you have some small quarter and half dollar sized holes to fix, and don’t want to spend the money to do it “right”, these can help you cut out the bad rust, coat it to stop it, and the cover it nicely. You can’t even tell there was anything done beneath them.I plan to keep this truck until it’s faking apart, so as long as they serve me well they’re money well spent.I do have a set of step bars in the mail, that I HOPE will for well. They’re a tight mount to the truck, so I’m hoping these 1/8” or so thickness panels will not interfere.

I would have given these 5 stars, but a couple of minor things... I would have liked for them to cover a little better on the door sills, they are a little bit short in my opinion, but they do cover the typical wear spots. Also, I noticed my doors close a little harder, but I'm sure in time this will resolve itself. I recommend that you install the rear section first, and then align the front section accordingly. I also purchased 8 black trim screws, drilled, and installed them on the bottom edge to insure long lasting adhesion. I'm sure after time, road grime will break down the 3M tape. With the screws, there should be no issue. I am very happy with these and they look great! For those wondering, these are for the Quad Cab... since RAM doesn't offer an extended cab, I'm not sure why the description and instructions state extended cab. I installed these on my 2019 RAM 1500 Classic Quad Cab. They fit perfect.
