Clear instructions, very pleased with the appearance and utility of these items. The hutch can be mounted on either side of the desk, and has a trim bar at the bottom that helps with cable management.

I had been debating on this for quite some time and finally purchased it for my husband’s office. The look from far away is great but what this actually is - is a fake looking wood veneer/paper over heavy board (not actual wood). Again for the price it will do but the lateral file was missing the “wood”Color and the parts are made cheap (for instance) the plastics tabs that cover the cams. They are not made well so if you push it in and it pops off, the tab is ruined to cover the silver cams. A lot of effort will go into putting all these parts together as it is recommended to NOT use any electronic drill to put this together. I manually screwed in every single screw so wear gloves unless you want to get blisters on your hands. Overall it will do for the time being but I’m not sure how long this piece will last.

This desk is my home office desk. I sit here 6-12 hours a day, five days a week. It has to endure multiple monitors, 2 keyboards, 2 laptops, cats walking across and occasionally napping, coffee cups, files, and serves as my table for lunch most days. I require a lot of desk space and a piece that can handle every day use (ok, sometimes abuse too).SPACE - This desk has ample space, both on the desktop itself, but also on the hutch. The drawer is a bit on the small side and I would have preferred additional drawers instead of a cabinet. The file cabinet is also good size, but not as big as you might find in an office setting. It works fine for our home files.ASSEMBLY - Others aren't kidding when they say you are going to need help putting everything together! It took my husband and I two days and one of us is really good at putting things together. The pieces are heavy and having a third person who could direct while two others assembled might have helped. The instructions are clear enough and all of the pieces are well labeled.DURABILITY – This is where the desk loses stars for me. It’s beautiful for sure, but it’s made of compressed particle board. There are a few places where I’ve placed a wet coffee cup and the wood has bubbled as particle board does when it absorbs moisture. Also, if you hit the edges with your chair, it dents. And the finish is less a veneer and more a paper covering. It is not scratch resistant and is easily damaged. For this reason, I have a desk pad covering the whole thing for protection.Overall, it’s a nice desk if you need an occasional space from which to work. It’s functional, looks nice, and is a solid piece of furniture. However, if you’re looking for something that will need to hold up to wear and tear (or children), you may be better off going with something else.

I’m not sure how long it’ll last since it’s not the highest quality of material but it’s really cute. I get a lot of compliments on my WFH setup but more specifically on the desk itself. Plus my dogs love curling up under it while I work so there’s plenty of

This desk set is amazing. My husband had to put it all together and he was very happy with the design and ease of set up.

Delivery was a bit messy, the boxes were kinda dirty and had a couple dents. However, this desk is very easy to assemble, maybe even a bit easier than ikea furniture. All the pieces are labeled by step, numbers and the pictures are very easy to follow. With two people doing this together you’ll get it done in no time. Highly recommend!!

I love my new desk, it actually looks better in person. The sturdiness and quality of the wood reminds me so much of the traditional furniture back in the day. Just enough weight to keep from being flimsy but not too heavy that you can’t adjust and move. I will admit it is a MONSTER to assemble!!! Please plan for at least 4 hours with one person really knowing about assembly. Otherwise, it will be longer for one person, maybe impossible or with 2 people that aren’t used to assembling. My desk came with a cabinet that thing is huge in comparison to what I was expecting. I was thinking it was going to be the size of a night stand and it almost doubles in size to a night stand. Now I have enough workspace for my laptop and two 20 inch monitors, not to mention storage for days. I’m new to the Bush products so I’m hoping that the quality will last a long time.
