I’ve purchased many shades online in the past and not had any issues. These shades boasted quality for the money. NOT!!! The fabric was stiff and cracked easily and the metal structure welds were broke in three places. Not a worthy produce. They were returned.

These went together very easily, and are very nice quality. I've never ordered lamp shades through the mail before, so I wasn't sure how it would look with them not being assembled, but they look perfectly fine! They are not a very creamy color - they're closer to white than off-white or cream - but it works ok.

I am very happy with this purchase. I used them on older antique brass lamps that still looked pretty. This shade updated the overall look. The shades were very easy to assemble. The fabric looks very nice and the beige color allows a nice amount of light to shine through without being too stark. I love the color. Not too light and not too dark. Ordering the correct size shade and shape was a challenge for me but this worked and I am happy.

I was going for a white shade to increase light levels for reading. I assembled one shade. All the "guts" shone through -- the loops and the fabric clips. That part of the shade material should have been opaque white. I felt like I was in a cheap motel out on Route 66. Very tacky looking. The tilt was from the old harps on my lamp, not the shade spider loop. I suspect darker fabrics might look better. Can't speak to durability, because I rolled up the fabric and sent both shades right back to Amazon.

I was hesitant to order these inexpensive cylindrical lampshades. They are very nice quality and an incredible value!I read the easy-to-follow assembly instructions and followed them. The shades are gorgeous! I got them for two brushed silver lamps from GoodWill that I got for $3.99 each, so I didn’t want to invest in expensive shades.I got adjustable lamp shade harps to connect the shades to the lamps. The shades fit the 24” lamp bases perfectly! I adjusted the harps to the longest setting and they are PERFECT! I think the adjustment is at 10”.Most of what I saw online was for medium lamps. These shades definitely work with large lamps! But, you need tall harps to connect them to the lamp or they will cover much of the base.They are at a friend’s home. I’ll update you with measurements and photos asap.
