Installation Notes
Note
Please don’t put washer to screw first, and go down through to handle together. It may cause screw too short, and can’t attach to press plate.
First Step
- Please put washer sunk into the handle’s top groove.
- Make sure washer goes down to the groove completely
Second Step
- Put screw go down through wood handle
- Tighten wood handle with press plate

It's been doing ok. Takes a bit to get use to and the handle is a bit useless pressing, but works well for pulling free. Does a good job of you prep the meat a bit.

Makes the perfect patty and leaves the grill marks in them when you press the patty, I used it without the top press lid and just did it with my hand and they came out great. I did use a butter knife to get it started to come out .

Works like a champ. Well made and durable. Cleans Easily. Only complaint, if any, is the patties don't come out too easily, but that is as much a function of the fat (or lack of?) in the meat and I do not spray it first.A great product & value!

I really wanted to like this product. It make a perfect size burger for me. Love the look, feel. Inly downside is I could never give it out without the burger falling apart. I tried everything on packaging info. On oder sire. On YouTube. Nothing seemed to work. I got this to not have to hand form a burger. If I have to get buger that fell apart, and reform by hand, it's not doing what I needed. It is a nice product, easy to clean. But if I still have to fix each burger, plus added washing of utensils, I need to look at other options.

I recently purchased a meat grinder so I could make my own burger and sausage. I’m so tired of paying a small fortune for sub par burger. Now I make my own using quality meats at half the price of store ground meat. I settled on this patty maker because I don’t need anything fancy. As I ground my beef, my wife weighed out six ounces of burger and easily made perfect burgers that are uniform in size. This makes patties the perfect size for hamburger buns.

This is an excellent product.I use it to press my fried green plantains.It work miracle. My plantains were well pressed.It was easy to clean. The size was perfect for my plantains. The material is think and sturdy and the overall item looks great.

Though the press is advertised as being made of stainless steel it appears more like a coated cast metal of some other type. Since I purchased it for pressing burgers and not so much for the metal it was made from that fact had no decision on my rating! It was reasonably priced and worked as advertised, not everything does these days.I can't vouch for the non stick coating, why take a chance so I brushed it with al little vegetable oil - no problem.It cleaned up nicely, I used Dawn Power wash. Because of the wooden handle I would not put it in the dish washer.At time of purchase I thought little of the 100 wax paper separators that came with it. They did work great and made the job much easier.May buy it as a tree stuffer for my kids!
