It was an upgrade from the previous version. In the environment it is in, it is "on" 24/7! Gets used by at least 100 people a day.

We tried to go cheaper with less costly brand. It didn't work out. So back to Bunn, got what we wanted. It is reliable, easy to use (including the settings) and works great.... sometimes you really do get what you pay for.
