The shoe rack is very easy to assemble and there's nothing to it, there's no need to use any kind of tools, your hands are good enough. Great and sturdy material, easy to clean. The size is just perfect, it can be expanded as per your needs. I also received great support from KEREDEII, the seller.

This thing goes together super easy and though it's not the heaviest duty item, it holds up well enough. It fits anywhere and goes with any décor.

During the time I had purchased and before receiving, the company reached out to me and apologized about the possibility of a missing thumb screw. I asked if they could be proactive and send it to me and they replied that they would instead send me a full 2 tier kit and I can use the extra screw from that.I then received my order (the same night) and opened it to find that I actually had an EXTRA screw. I messaged them twice that I no longer needed the screw and then just today, I received a full package for the 2 tier rack.These guys went over and beyond and the customer service is astounding. In this day and age, we don't that often. KUDOS to this company and I highly recommend the product as well!

I unpacked this item from the box. It only took me about five minutes to assemble. It looks great and holds a bunch of shoes. It expands and collapses with ease which allows you to customize the length of the rack to the size you need. Very sturdy!

It is very easy to put together and it does what it says it can hold several pairs of shoes.It is sturdy and can be made smaller or larger depending on the space.I would recommend it as a practical not decorative shoe rack.

I purchased this for a small space by my bedroom door thinking if another option I purchased didn't work that I'd find another use for it. Well, it took a loooong time to arrive compared to normal. So, I debated returning this. I'm glad I decided to keep it. I love that it adjusts and is designed with smaller spaces in mind. I ended up replacing shoe bins in my son's room. They were tipping over, his feet are getting too big that his shoes barely fit in them. Now, I'm not repeating daily to put shoes back in the shoe bins. He's the one using the rack and items go back neatly in their place. We have it open to fit 6 pairs of his sneakers and dress shoes on due to the space we have it. This rack took only a few minutes to put together, arrived undamaged and does the job. I'd buy more if the need came up for these.
