My son is 6yo and weighs 70-75#. He previously wore size medium (and they still fit) but he needed more pairs so now we just reordered size large and he really likes them! They fit comfortably everywhere but are long and go to the top of his knees which my son doesn’t mind and it’s ideal since we bought the longer version briefs to prevent chafing.
