I know that larger extinguishers are more spendy but they are more important than you think. I have this one in my house and garage. It may be over kill but not just this one but about thirteen other fire extinguishers in multiple sizes are placed throughout our home and I do a lot of wood milling and finish work in my garage so even though I have two Rikon dust collection air fans and an actual dust collection vacuum I use for my planer bandsaw and multiple other tools it is near impossible to keep the fine sawdust out of my garage I have turned into a wood working shop so I am very worried about sparks from chainsaws or even grinding my blades to my wood burner pen or torch. I believe a spark could ignite a flashover and I want to escape unharmed so again in my garage I have this one plus about fifteen total so at any point in my garage I can reach at least two fire extinguishers along with that on the off chance I was able to I also have a fire blanket in my garage to cover a fire along with three in the house. As the saying goes with any kind of protection it is better to have it and never need it than need it and not have it.

We run a timber logging company in East Texas. With the drought this year I had ordered extra extinguishers. Our sheer hit Yaupon and through Sparks, and it caught the Timber on fire. Thankfully these extinguishers work as advertised and they were able to extinguish the fire. I would recommend these and have bought these numerous times and will continue to buy them. Always have peace of mind.

Be careful! The photo makes it look as though there are 2 extinguishers and 2 signs. We received one extinguisher.
