How to install this Wall Mount Bubble Wrap Dispenser?

  1. First place the round tube on the wall and mark with a pen where the two holes will be.
  2. In a vertical position, mark with a pen next to the hole below. The other side as well. Then drill the 4 holes with a drilling tool. Drill size: 12mm (31/64 inch) diameter, Drilling depth: 45mm/1.77 inch.
  3. Insert expansion screws in the square tubes on the wall. Use a wrench to tighten these four expansion screws.
  4. Insert one long screw upward into each L-tube, screw on the nut, and tighten with a wrench.
  5. Then install the two L-shaped tubes onto two square iron tubes. Insert a short screw and tighten the nut slightly with a wrench.
  6. Place the bubble wrap, two baffles and black fixing clips on the metal round tube.
  7. Place the assembled round tube on the previously installed bracket. And screw metal nuts on each side.
  8. The installation is complete! It's ready to use.

I ordered this for my job as we package and ship hardware to customers. We are constantly juggling around the roll of bubble wrap and at one point we Even tried to pre-cut the sheets of bubble wrap to fit inside the boxes but then we ended up with a whole bunch of sheets of bubble wrap everywhere and sometimes we needed sizes that were smaller or larger so it wasn't working out for us. This item is exactly what we've been needing but it is so simple and I feel like it is very overpriced for the item it is.
