Update:The seller reached out to me and the touchscreen issue could be due to faulty unit. They promptly refunded to sort out the issue. Appreciate the customer service!

Updated:Super happy with the seller's (Measuring Instruments) customer service. Within 2 days of submitting my original review below, they reached out to me and offered a partial refund to cover the cost of a second probe. I've updated my rating (my own choice - they didn't ask for it) to reflect this excellent customer service.Original review:Really like the tool, but only received one probe instead of the advertised two. Two-channel capability along with two included probes was a big reason for my purchase decision, especially since I rarely take a chance on a zero-review product. Couldn't figure out how to contact the manufacturer to request a second probe. Automated chat here would only offer a return/replace option which I didn't want since the tool is otherwise entirely acceptable.
