Some are already damaged see pictures 1 and not 14g about 12.7 to 12.9. The stickers feel a little cheap. I should have bought from an official poker store. They are made in china.

The Chips are very nice and have a good feel. We had 9 people playing craps and had plenty of chips. Looking forward to poker night. Some of the edges were a little rough and very few had off center stickers but nothing that hindered using them. When it arrived every corner of the cardboard box had damage. When I opened the box some of the chips were loose and had broken from their plastic shrink wrapping. The case is made of very thick plastic and it had 2 broken corners. Obviously this was abused somewhere between China and my doorstep. I contacted the manufacturer and told them I had a dozen broken chips and a broken case hoping they would replace them. The responded very quickly and not only replaced the case but also sent me a stack of each color of chip that took damage. I feel like they went above and beyond and would buy from them again based on this experience. If you are interested in how they are constructed you can see the metal center of the chips in the picture

The poker chips are great. The only issue that I had encountered was that one chip was defective. It didn’t have a face on either side. Other than that, they’re a hit.

Love this poker set! Chips were a hit for a huge poker night. After reading everyone's review about the case being weak, I decided to construct my own with using this one as a template. The chips are heavy, and I could definitely see how the case would struggle to hold everything. I tried to disassemble it, but it looks like the manufacturer has read these comments and done a good job securing everything together. The handle is screwed and glued to the base. It can be removed, but not without destroying the handle. The joint where the 2 meet is as solid as you will ever get this material. That being said, it's still plastic. I built mine out of 1/8" steel and put it all together. It's not going anywhere now and will easily hold the weight of the poker chips. No issue with the chips stickers falling off or being lose. Everything was exactly as I was hoping for. The stickers lay perfectly inset to the chip so you can't feel the edges of them. Very well made and I would happily purchase these again.

The chips seem legit, but there are a number of chips that have the wrong "label" (sticker) on them. A lot of my 1s have 100s listed on one of the sides. More importantly, the case is not capable of carrying the weight of all the chips. I bought three of these for a tournament and all three cases broke. The handle breaks off under the weight of the chips when carrying them. It creates quite the mess and is a paid to put back together. Once the handle breaks off, there is no real way of using the case. Definitely would not advise purchasing this.

I admit I was highly concerned about the quality of this product from all the negative reviews I'd read about on the 500 chip set. For some reason the 1000 chip set seems to have overall better reviews (besides the crappy aluminum case for the 500).Maybe I was lucky, but not a single chip was broken on mine, and none of the stickers were off. A few maybe were not on as well as they could have been, but an easily press and it was remedied, and it was primarily the $1's. Out of the 1000 chips, maybe 10 to 15 of them had stickers that were a little loose...hardly the dealbreaker people are making it out to be. Sure, a few of them have a couple edges that aren't silky smooth as well...but again, it's easy to remedy. Are people really complaining about that to the extent of giving these 3 stars or less?In terms of the overall quality and presentation: very sexy chips, and the case is fantastic...it looks really sharp just sitting out, and it feels pretty durable. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the product, and the minor, rare flaws are not worth deducting a star for to me...but at the very least, this is a 4+ star product.

I thought when I bought these they would be a nice addition. I was wrong. They are a great addition. I was blown away at how beautiful these chips are. And for the price they are sold at, I have not seen a better deal anywhere. The chips also have dollar amounts on them ranging from 1 to 1000. For anyone who has played with newcomers at your table, you know how invaluable this can be. The chips are stored in real casino racks which easily stack and hold exactly 20 chips each, so no more counting them out before putting them back in. The overall case is a strong real life poker box with the see through thick plastic and heavy handle on top. Friends who try and lift this set up are amazed at the weight, it feels to be at least 50 lbs, but those of you good at math could figure it out knowing the weight of the chips. 1000 total chips is enough for any 10 player home game. Jump on these before they're gone!
