This is just a fax machine. It can’t scan, copy or print, please be aware. I purchased this thinking it was an all in one, it’s not. I paid a very qualified tech to set it up. He said, “it’s just a fax machine” If you want an all in one you’ll have to spend more. Now, I’m trying to return it. This is a fax machine!

Had to return as tech could not get the scanner to work. Otherwise it appeared to be a good machine. Apparently Window 10 does not have drivers for many of these products. So company tech has to create or try to find a working driver. My computer is 2 years old and a PC

This works great and is a great improvement from the old model. No problems with papers jamming or with it pulling in more then one paper at a time like the last one.

So far so good. This is a more production level fax machine for day-to-day use. I put it into our warehouse operations where they have to fax a lot of things to shippers etc. Holds up to the daily use and different people using it.
