Excellent product. Reliable. Prints lightening fast. 20 more pages per minute than a standard market printer.I’m in grad school and have hundreds of pages of reading each week — and I’m old school and need good old fashioned paper to highlight and take notes on. It works.If you need to print a ton of stuff, fast, all the time, this is a no brainer.My former printer would take forever, and worst of all, I had to keep unplugging and replugging it in between documents. This thing - I can click to print an unlimited number of docs. They queue up and it just gets the job done.

No toner reset ablity without chip. This is a ripoff from brother to waste your money to buy more toner.I went back to my old 6200 to save on toner

Please note that I have no problem with the print quality or overall functionality of this printer. But there is one feature that is very important to me that this Brother printer lacks: the ability to reset the toner cartridge so that a partially unused toner can continue to be reused. I have had a half dozen Brother laser monochrome printers over the last two decades, and they have all allowed me to reset the cartridges, albeit often in a convoluted way. But after many hours of fruitless online search, I have now confirmed with Brother support that it doesn't support that feature on the HL-L6310DW. It's a vital feature for me because I primarily use the printer to print out large amounts of text and have used it in a toner conservation mode to reduce toner use--the primary driver of my cost of ownership. This has resulted in my having lots of toner left when Brother informs me that my cartridge has been used up, when it actually hasn't been. I wouldn't have penalized Brother so much in my overall rating above if it had openly acknowledged in its manual or other online support documents its disabling of this vital feature. But it's clearly trying to hide it, as illustrated when its support chat line representative disconnected me immediately after I first asked the question. My guess is that this will be my last Brother printer as this new Brother policy will greatly increase my total cost of ownership.

i bought this to replace my HL-L6200dw. I have worn out 3 other 6200 with my business label printing over the last 12 years or so. This one has a screen... yeah baby, a color screen 🌝

I bought this over a brother because it was 50% off for $250 took it out a box hooked everything up did not work from the get-go made very loud noise it said call dealer I wanted a brother and I return this and got a brother way better machine a lot less problems and cheaper toner Brothers the way to go Don't ever buy anything else

Don't waste your money !! not what was promised, small paper storage , runs out of ink constantly and quickly, always stops printing to do cleanings and adjustments!

This is exactly what we needed to print our high-volume shipping labels and packing slips for our business.The speed is amazing and you can keep a lot of sheets in the paper trayThe only concern is drums are extremely expensive Anton is somewhat expensive. Not sure if this is a new model with those prices will drop for the consumables

This printer causes the breaker to go even in low power use situations. The printer is also very noisy
