This printer does it all for a small or home office. The only thing that was on my wish list was that it did not automatically duplex print, which became an important feature well after I bought it. I sold it to someone who did not need that function and they are thrilled with it.I am tempted to give it 4 stars, but so many printers out there now, many other Brother models, have the automatic duplex printing.

Unless you are prepared to pay the return shipping for a defective unit ($75 UPS from California to Iowa), DON'T BUY from this seller!!! It didn't function "normally" out of the box and it died about three weeks into very light use. The return authorization was "SELF SHIP". This thing is BIG and HEAVY.

Very impressed with the overall quality of this printer. Will not go back to purchasing HP printers! TCO is way better for this Brother printer.

The Brother MFC-7360N, I ordered was refurbished. It looks new, It works great. Before I bought it I checked the reviews on it. When faxing out it scans it in and faxes very fast. Every time I fax it gives me a confirmation page for that fax. It was very easy to set-up. The copying and scanning is easy to use. It only had one downside, The ink in the toner went to low toner ink in about three weeks after using it, I don't do a lot of printing. Customer Support explained that on refurbished units they do not put in fully loaded toner. So I did have to replace the toner ink. I would recommend when order a refurbished printer to ask about the ink toner, I would have wanted to order it all at once. Other then That I would have given this unit a 5 Star rating. Happy in Georgia.
