The screws they provided broke off and are now stuck in my door. I’m really disappointed in the quality of the hardware and now have a new issue to repair. There was a card in with the package requesting I contact them with any issues, saying they’d respond in 1-3 days. I received a response a week later and am satisfied with the outcome. Taking off one star because of the screws but appreciate their willingness to make it right.

Great space saver! This has helped to keep all my cleaning supplies in one area and off the floor and out of a corner. It has saved so much space and all my supplies together.

This took me under 5 minutes to assemble and gets all the cleaning equipment off the closet floor. It is well made and sturdy. We are renting, so I appreciated the over-the-door option. We'd like to get our security deposit back. Looks and works exactly as described.

Read directions before trying to assemble. It works well. I used pads under the hangers to keep stable and quiet.

I really like this over door broom hanger. It comes with really good instructions and all necessary tools to complete the job. Also if you store brooms upside down, they fit better.
