    Tried both methods, but the pocket watch still doesn't work. You can apply for ref--und and order a new one

It's a cheap costume pocket watch, yes. But it still should not completely fall apart after a single day. The button at the top that opens the face of the watch snapped off and now it's literal garbage because it can't be opened. Absolute trash product do not buy.

it's a nice watch but you have to check to make sure that the time is always corect but another then that it's a nice watch, the "glass"(to protect the hand. so you know what im talking about) it really plastic but im not complaining. the chain an't the best may want to buy yourself a new one. but man does it look good
