I used these to hold plastic 4” flexible, ribbed gutter downspout extensions in place against any wind to place rainwater into planted flowerbeds away from our residence’s slab “foundation”; how all houses are constructed in Texas clay soils. Keeps the swelling and shrinking of soil from causing settling and wall and ceiling cracks. Very worthwhile - the hoops keep the flexible extensions right where I want them!

I needed to put plastic extensions on my gutter downspouts. In a strong wind, the plastic extensions would blow around until they came loose. The round wickets were the perfect product to keep them in place.
