The first whisk I had. After over a year of using this for mixing bread and pizza dough, I am very satisfied with how it works. Use it at least twice a week. It mixes well, is sturdy, and is easy to clean.

I bought this dough whisk specifically to mix the dough for sourdough. It brings the ingredients together perfectly not leaving any flour unmixed. It’s strong enough to make the the mixing process effortless and cleans up easily. One of the best investments I’ve made.

I bought this dough whisk with the expectation of rarely using it because I do not frequently bake bread. But it has become my go-to implement for stirring and for mixing all kinds of things, including enchilada filling, potato salad, and meatloaf. It evenly mixes the ingredients, so you avoid the small-sized ingredients (like chopped onions and beans) winding up mostly in the bottom of the bowl. A chef's kiss for the enchilada filling -- each scoop of which had the same ratio of chicken, beans, preserved lemons, water chestnuts, jalapenos, and cheese.The whisk is very sturdy thanks to the tang being almost the full length of the handle. It is easy to clean; even sticky material comes right off. I expect this whisk will last a lifetime. Please note that the head is too large to fit in a wide mouth canning jar.

This thing is amazing! My sourdough comes together so much faster with this thing. It has made tons of bread and is holding up to the abuse. It's easy to clean. And super user friendly. The handle is easy to hang on to and it is the right size for my hand. It has been an amazing addition to my kitchen gadgets.

Never had a Danish whisk before, recently started bread making. A regular whisk ends up with a ball of dough trapped inside that is annoying to remove. A dough scraper is the standard bread mixing method but then your hand gets messy. This makes the dough stick faster to my hands when I go to knead it.This whisk keeps my hands clean, does a good job incorporating the ingredients, and has a handle which a dough scraper lacks (helps reduce hand strain). No dough ball gets stuck in the middle, and it is easy to clean.Build quality is exactly what I wanted. I can't verify the wire goes through the whole handle, but if it does it will never fall out like I've seen in reviews for cheap ones. My favorite feature is that the entire handle is molded in plastic so there is no concern of water or dough getting trapped inside the handle.My two complaints are:The handle is overmolded with silicone. This may be easy to clean, but will also impact the longevity. If I don't somehow break the wire through abuse, the handle molding is bound to age and peel, dicolor, or trap odor. THIS IS NOT an issue yet, just a concern.The second is the whisk head is asymmetric and not tightly closed. The wires that overlap don't touch. I think this is done to make cleaning easier because dough can't get stuck between them. This is PURELY a visual complaint and why I'm still giving this 5 stars.

This is a sturdy, "best tool for the job" for people who like to make hand mixed dough. The entire whisk is well designed with attention to important details to make it durable and ergonomic. The handle is smooth, substantial enough to hold and grip comfortably, with a soft silicone like texture and an good length that allows it to be held overhanded or underhanded. The wire coil is strong and well designed compared to other danish whisks. Because there is less surface area on the coil than a spoon, the dough whisk passes through dough more easily with less drag, and there is less area for wet dough to stick, making for easier cleanup. The coil creates more than one "pathway" through the dough with each stroke, so the dough comes together more quickly than using a spoon or spatula. The only thing easier would be a stand mixer, but for mixing dough by hand - this is "the best tool for the job" dough whisk.

Es gibt billigere Rührbesen auf Amazon,aber dies euch sicherlich in der Verarbeitung. Der Brod & Taylor ist super solide verarbeitet, sehr gross und macht insgesamt einen sehr guten Eindruck. Ich bin gespannt, da ich diesen zum Campen mitnehmen werde, um unterwegs Teig einfach und stromlos zu verarbeiten.

That's where this dough mixer comes in.This very well built, heavy duty dough mixer is up to the task of mixing light wet batters or dense, heavy bread dough. It makes quick work of mixing together wet and dry ingredients without making a mess. It's easy to clean and it's sealed where the metal hook meets the handle so junk doesn't get stuck in the crevices. Like a quality knife, the metal dough hook goes all the way through the handle. The handle is covered with a nice grippy silicon material.There are cheaper hand dough mixers available for half the price, but this one is built to last a lifetime and is a joy to hold in your hands, and a joy to use.
