It took me 15 minutes to replace a 40 year old exhaust fan in my mother's bathroom. It took longer to make sure it was the right replacement part than to actually swap out the part. This perfectly replaced the Broan 676-A fan with zero install issues. Buy with confidence if you need to replace that model fan.

It's a bathroom fan. Hard to get excited about a bathroom fan. But it was exactly the fit for my old 30yr+ Broan fan. And with the old one already out, it took about 4 minutes to install. I am pleased.

Old fan had a bad bearing or one going bad at least - making a ton of noise. This one fits perfectly and no more noise.

I am not sure if this is an OEM replacement for it is marketed as Broan but on the product itself I cant find any label. The product’s rotary fan blade is made of plastic compares to the one I am replacing which is made of metal. Anyhow, this product works but will maybe if allowed by Amazon, I will leave a long term usage review of the item will last. So far, it is blowing out more powerful and as of now I am happy. I hope the happiness will last long.

Purchased this to replace a Broan 676F-B unit that had seized up completely. Popped old unit out and this unit is a direct replacement so it fit the exact opening. Plugged the new unit in and reinstalled the plastic cover from the original unit after cleaning it up. Flipped the wall switch and unit came right on. Not super quiet but acceptable for what I expected. Had thoughts of replacing the whole ceiling fixture with a light/fan unit but this was so much simpler and more cost effective. I gave it five stars as is the direct replacement for the original and I had no expectations of a quieter fan and there were no install issues.
