I was very hesitant to purchase this at full price in case the kiddo hated it. I also struggle with justifying spending on an accessory that is half the price of the stroller itself. But as my 2-year-old began racing toward 3, so did her not wanting to be in the stroller. My sanity needed the assist.Yes, there are generic options. But all the ones I could find involve velcro straps and I couldn't imagine that having total stability versus something built specifically for the stroller.My husband had no problem attaching the Stroller Board to the stroller. It folds up for easy stowing and doesn't hinder the Brook stroller from folding closed when placing it in your vehicle. It's easy for myself to fold down either with hand or foot. My toddler with some big baby gusto can sometimes pull it down but usually asks for help. Once it is flat and ready to roll she can hop right on.A con I've found, for her is that height-wise until our peanut is a little taller, she won't be able to see over the top of the stroller seat. For us, a con is that we also have to remove the cup and phone tray for her to safely stand upright while navigating on the board. I've tried to offset this with a side clamping cup and phone tray.One thing you should be mindful of is when the board is down and rolling, it is easy to catch your foot while walking. This is easily avoidable as you get used to walking and it is a quick foot pull to pop the board into its resting position.I purchased this product from the Amazon Warehouse so there was a small discount versus brand new. I will say that even full retail is totally worth it, knowing what I know now.
