Bought 2 of these units, one does not dispense cold water. Did all the logical trouble shooting procedures, now asking for a replacement unit. through Amazon and the manufacturer.It is most likely a defective unit, if it did work like the other it would be great.For the price I am a bit surprised as for us this is a 50% failure ratio (1 out of 2 units)

We love this water dispenser, not having to change bottles of water anymore! The water tastes great and was fairly easy to install. One great feature is the touchless dispensing of cold water, definitely one of our favorites!

First, it arrived with a dent in the front. I decided not to make a fuss and began to use it. After 6 months of use, the cold water does not work. A piece of junk. Now too late to return.

Ordered for the office which is in a historic building with super old pipes with visible calcium/limestone in the drinking water…The Brio 700 is providing us completely clear and amazing tasting water!!!!! Install took one person 20-30 minutes with no issues (the kit is complete with everything you could need).The best bonus part is the hot water! Be sure to push the unlock button then the hot water button (I assume a safety design so a child won’t accidentally activate and get burned). We have ruined so many electric water kettles with the old unfiltered water. The Brio takes the hassle out of making tea! Now that we are using the filtered water for our coffee maker reservoir, the Brio will probably save the life of our coffee maker as well!Everyone is super impressed!
