It worked really well but it's just a bit to wide for the weight I'd rather it be the same weight and maybe I larger diameter with a smaller width so that it would compact more. Pretty easy set up and use though and easy to push or pull around the yard. Would by again for sure

I got this to take care of some molehills but filled with water just wasn't cutting it. One painful afternoon of filling it with cement it's heavy enough to knock them down but the plastic really wasn't up to the task of holding all that weight so it's a little flat on one side. If you do fill it with cement I'd suggest letting it cure on it's side; better a bulge than a flat spot.

First off I picked this because it can either be used manually or attached to my garden tractor and it was not steel which I would be afraid would rust out. We had work done on the lake behind our house and they really tore up our land taking cattails out to the street. We brought in fill dirt and wanted something to help use compact it. On first use the original cap had a chain, unfortunately it must have had a weak spot because it cracked and started to leak. I contacted the customer service and they were quick to respond and send out a replacement, which I had in about 2 days. Have used it both manually and hooked to the tractor and I am satisfied with the results. As the manufacturer notes if you are not going to use it for a while empty it and place it in a manner will it will not get a flat side. Due to unexpected changes in my schedule I was not able to keep using the roller for a few days and with some hot weather here in Florida it did start to get a flat spot on the bottom, I rolled it over and let it sit in the sun changing the position so as not to get another flat side and it was quickly back to normal. Very satisfied would recommend.

Assembly is not difficulty, but you do need to be a little mechanically inclined. And it helps to put something on either side of the roller during assembly, so it stays in one place. The QR code link to the assembly video is helpful. I used a clutch power driver rather than hand-tightening the nuts and bolts. That required reversing the direction of one set of bolts up near the handle, where you'd need a crescent wrench to tighten them if you put them in the way the instructions recommend. Otherwise, pretty straightforward.The product itself seems sturdy and works pretty well. I'm pushing/pulling it (not towing), and was surprised that even when completely full and maneuvering it on a hill, it wasn't hard to manage. Certainly not without any effort at all, but easier than I expected.Some of the top soil dressing I had put on the lawn washed away in a storm before I had a chance to roll it. After rolling, several storms have come through and area remains flat (even without having re-seeded it yet).

First, this is made in USA, so that's great. It came very well packed, in a sturdy box. It was super easy to assemble. It included a very well printed and clear manual, written in clear American English, showing detailed views of all the parts, as well as very clear and easy-to-follow assembly instructions. All the parts are labeled in the installation manual, and all the parts come on a card with every part labeled. Assembly couldn't be easier. Everything seems to be of excellent quality.Some reviews mention difficulty in assembling. If you're a person who has trouble assembling this product, you should NOT be assembling things. It's only a few simple parts, and the way this is packaged and described in the manual, nothing could be easier to assemble.It is a perfect size for hand use. I wanted something that I could maneuver by hand in smaller spaces, not a tow-behind. This is perfect for that. The handle is attached to a hitch pin hole, so you can remove the handle and use the (included) hitch pin if you want to tow it.All the steel arms are heavy duty steel, with good paint. All the hardware is good quality and fits together well. All the nuts are nylon locknuts. The drum is polymer, so it won't ever rust. The manual does caution you to not leave it sitting for extended periods on a flat surface with it full of water, as that can leave a flat spot on the drum over time. Plus you sure don't want to leave water in it once the temperatures drop below freezing. The weight is just right for hand use; it's heavy enough to do the job, without being too heavy to move by hand.The rampant inflation we're stuck with in 2022 hits home here, too. This was $180 in June 2022. Reviews from only 6 months ago mention a $139 price. That's a 28% price increase in 6 months!I highly recommend this product.

Die Walze wird in einem erstaunlich kompakten Paket geliefert, welches man alleine relativ gut bewegen kann. Der Aufbau geht problemlos, die beigelegte Anleitung ist brauchbar.Zur Benutzung habe ich die Walze mit Wasser gefüllt, grundsätzlich ist die Nutzung von Sand auch ein Möglichkeit. Ich persönlich finde es mit Wasser praktischer, da das Entleeren einfacher ist. Wahrscheinlich kann man das Gewicht mit Sand noch etwas steigern, ich hatte allerdings bei maximaler Füllung mit Wasser nicht den Eindruck, dass mir ein höheres Gewicht einen Vorteil brächte.Die Rasenwalze besteht aus einem sehr harten Kunststoff, was im Gegensatz zu anderen Materielien einige Vorteile hat. Zum einen besteht hierdurch nicht die Gefahr, dass die Walze von innen rostet, was bei Metallwalzen ein Problem darstellt. Andererseits ist sie nach Entleeren so leicht, dass man sie gut tragen kann und auch in einem (entsprechend großen) Regal lagern könnte. Ich halte es auch für möglich, die Walze an der Wand aufzuhängen, habe das aber noch nicht versucht. Der Griff ist aus Metall mit Gummigriffen und ist hochwertig verarbeitet. Alles ist ziemlich stabil verarbeitet, was man deutlich merkt.Die Benutzung der Walze hat bei mir bestens funktioniert. Ich habe nach der Rasensaat den Boden geplättet und die Saat angedrückt. Positiv ist mir aufgefallen, dass der (trockene!) Boden mit der Saat kaum an der Walze klebt.Ich kann die Brinly-Rasenwalze sehr empfehlen, der hohe Preis ist aus meiner Sicht angemessen. Im Vergleich zu anderen Walzen sehe ich bei diesem Produkt eine Reihe von Vorteilen.

Good products. The only downside is the way the handle is attached to the bar. There is only one bolt so it tends to swivel when you push.

Easy to assemble but takes time. Heavy once the drum is filled with water, to push is ok but to pull, I struggled. I’m 56 y.o petite lady. Generally, it works well, hopefully I can still use it in the future, not just a one-time use this year so it’s worth it to have one.

I bought this for rolling my pétanque court. It is perfect. Assembled it in 15 minutes. Excellent instructions and they even segregate the fasteners for each step in creative bubble pack so it’s obvious which fasteners to use for each step. Much better than the lousy Chinese translations you get with stuff sourced in China. The quality of the handles and hardware is very good. Feel like it will last many many years. The drum is a solid form of plastic that seems rugged. I filled it with 270 pounds of water and it isn’t bulging or flexing at all when I use it. No problems with the stopper as mentioned in other reviews. It screwed in easily and tight so no water is leaking out. Very easy to convert handle for towing behind a tractor. It feels like you could tow it for hours without any problems. So glad to see a USA manufacturer offering and quality product at a fair price. MAMGA (making American manufacturing great again)😊

Easy to assemble, works great no problem to tow, fully loaded with water, behind my mower. I like the rounded edges so it doesn't tear the sod on tight corners.
