They don't stay glowing for very long. You constantly have to put them under a powerful light to recharge.

Ordered the "Brightz Glow in The Dark Ping Pong Balls, 6-Pack - Green Colored Neon Ping Pong Balls - Official Size & Weight 40mm Table Tennis Balls - Durable High Performance - Next Level Fun" just be aware that they are fairly dim to difficult to see and that the glow only lasts a minute. Other than that, a nice novelty ping pong item.

Well made ping pong balls are hard enough to come by let alone those with glow in the dark properties. These have both! They are nice and round and fly like they should and they also glow in the dark. Playing ping pong in the dark is not very easy by the way. Even with glow in the dark balls.These work especially well when held under UV light. Fun for other games with the kids too.Highly recommend.

Sure it is a novelty item but its fun. I will admit I originally got these for my girl cat who loves batting them up against the wall, usually at night in the dark. She has a blast. No the glow does not last a super long time, but its enough for her to get tired of it. They get some good bounce off the walls and she is thoroughly entertainedOn the other side, my husband took 3 of them to use at our table and they have good bounce. We cannot play a whole game in the dark unless we have the others being charged and rotate them out, but we have fun starting out that way.For our house it is both animal and people approved.

We have a ping pong table in our basement and these balls will take our games to a new level.They are regulation sized.Comes in a pack of 6.I first tried it under direct fluoroescent lighting and held it for about 15 seconds and literally held it under the light to the point where it's touching the cover/housing of the light and then went to a dark room and was disappointed with the results that I won't even bother posting pics. I then tested it under LED lighting, although ambient room lighting and didn't actually hold it directly under the light & it yielded the same results. I retested the fluroescent lights but held it longer and got mildly improved results. I then tested it with my phone camera and shined the light directly on the balls and eureka, the balls were ready for their camera shot & boy did it yield great results (and with only ~ 15 seconds of light shining on it) - pic attached.Overall, I'm very satisfied with this set and even happier they're made in the USA! These would make great gifts for kids or stocking stuffers.
