I’m going to lower my rating because if the lack of support. One 1 liter bottle is not enough for a family, I knew that when I bought it and I ordered 4 more from Breville. The immediately charged my card and said they were shipped and provided me with the UPS tracking number. Several days later they tell me there is a delay but no details. In the meantime the charge has cleared my back and any emails to Breville go unanswered. Go with a brand that reply’s to customers. Personally if this is how paying customers are treated I can’t imagine how support will be handled if you need it.I bought this and really like how it works. First thing is, it does not come with any CO2 cartridge. Now that I have the CO cartridge, I really do like how it fizzes up drinks. The problem is that it only comes with one 1 L bottle. Extra bottles are impossible to get. I ordered directly from Breville and the order shows the shipped but they sent me an email saying that they have not. They have no idea when they will ship and now they’ve gone radio silence and refused to even update me.

I love this soda maker! It’s well and beautifully made, and it looks fantastic on the counter. It arrived quickly and came with a written instruction manual that was easy to follow. Although it did not include a CO2 cylinder, that had been clearly stated in the product description and was expected. It works great and reliably carbonates my beverages. The fusion cap prevents spills and overflows by allowing controllable pressure release before removing the cap.The bubbles are plentiful, and they’re enjoyable to drink, not causing any burning sensation or excess “bite.”And, of course, what’s not to love about being able to “fizz” a variety of beverage types!?!I’m so glad I chose the Breville!

I like how it works and how it looks. I had to tighten the cylinder to stop a leak.

Most sparkling water machine carafes will not work with this machine. The carafes need to be replaced every few years. CO2 is not provided, you must order it separately, as well as any flavoring drops, etc. These are not complaints, just things you should be aware of so you can plan accordingly.I’m comparing this to an Aarke 3. The Aarke is more attractive, easier to use, and widely compatible with third-party carafes. This Breville the InFizz™ ends up coming out on top, though, because of the ability to carbonate more than just water. I even carbonated grapes once; they were such a fun snack to serve company!

I've had a SodaStream for many years. I enjoy being able to create carbonated water at home. One area that I've never realized was such a problem is the waste.... if a beverage becomes flat, you usually pour it out... Breville InFizz Fusion solves this! I no longer have flat beverages, since you can carbonate just about anything! I take flat sodas, re-carbonate, and enjoy again! Plus, the stainless Steel model is a fantastic addition to any bar.

Opened this soda machine after putting ginger ale syrup on the stove to find out a Breville machine in unusable out of the box. Why would a manufacturer sell an incomplete product? This unit DOES NOT come with a CO2 cartridge. I have always loved Breville products. All of my coffee/espresso machines are Breville, but seriously I wish I had bought a different brand of soda machine. I am soooooo disappointed in Breville!

It’s a nice device but is not reliable. It leaks before carbonation of water completes. You never get fully carbonated water.

I've had mine for around 3 months now and I use it every day. Not just once a day, but at least 2-3 times a day. That's close to 180 drinks and I don't have any issues with mine. I'm leaving this review after seeing how poorly it was rated by a few people. If someone says that it won't hold its carbonation, they don't know what they're doing. If anything, I've tried multiple carbonators before this one and they all would not hold their carbonation. This one instead has a safety that allows it to not be over-carbonated. Which makes perfect sense. A bottle can only withstand so much pressure. Also, you have to follow the fill lines on the outside of the bottle. Pretty simple stuff...Basically you hold it for about 2 seconds and let go. Give it about 30 seconds and slowly let the carbonation out. Then, do the same thing again but be mindful, each time you do it, you should not hold it as long (common sense says, there is already carbonation in your drink, so can't put the same amount in as before...). Every day, I find myself doing it this way 3 times per drink and it's perfect. Some people can't do 3 pumps, so 2 is good for most. When I do 3 pumps though, I generally get about 4-6 hours of life out of it, which is much better than buying an energy drink or soda, and expecting it to last as long.If anyone is worried about having to take the time to pump and release it a few times, don't be. It's still much faster than going into a store, waiting on lines, and possibly find out the drink you want is sold out. Also, if you make energy drinks with it, you can make it last longer as most energy drinks from the store don't have a lid. So they are losing their carbonation much faster than using a Breville bottle. The only thing I wish I could do is; wash my bottles in the dishwasher and a way to connect a larger co2 tank. But these aren't deal breakers and this unit is still way better than any of the other carbonators I've tried.TL/DR+:- It does hold plenty of carbonation.- Properly use the fill lines- Hold it for approx 2 seconds, release after 30 seconds. Repeat this 2 to 3 times and you'll have carbonation for hours.- Don't clean your bottles in the dishwasher (may want to have extra bottles on hand. I have 4 regular sized bottles and 1 large bottle).- Always use cold water when carbonating (I keep the larger bottle full of water as backup, so I always have cold water).- I use "simplisoda" for my co2 refills. Great price, fast, and great customer service.[I was not asked to leave this review. I purchased everything myself. I saw the bad reviews and don't want anyone to miss out on the soda/energy drink carbonator I wish I had for years. I stopped buying SodaStream years ago for multiple reasons. Breville changed the game and I'm very happy my brother recommended it to me].
