A family member started out with one post surgery. They are a well designed/modified tube top with cute ruffles. The ruffles allow for pinning drainage equipment to them and don't rip. The light compression keeps them comfortable. If there is shifting, the easy to use shoulder straps are there and also work well. The velcro is very good quality and sticks. Needless to say, one wasn't enough, so I bought her more to have enough to last for a few days before washing. The stains have lifted easily so the unit still looks good after a few washes.

I bought two of these items actually an extra small and a small and they both did not fit. Also, the material is horrible and it’s so itchy. I totally get the product and compression does help. I just got smaller sports bras and they worked better. You can also double up on a sports bra. As soon as I put this on, I ripped it off it was so constricting and awful. I’m glad I tried it out before I had my surgery. Thank you to my mother that let me know what they were going to give me so I was able to try it out before hand. I got really lucky.

So I had a mastectomy last week. My hospital fitted me with a simular on except it was blue. I really wanted another one so I can switch them out to wash. It does what it needs to do, slight pressure and to keep the dressing on as well as something to hook my drains to. It's super comfortable and feels good against my skin, which is swollen from surgery. I highly recommend this product and company!! They do care for their customers and will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase!!

The recommended size ranges and representative photo are a little misleading. The model has a very long torso, so this binder only covers her chest area. But if you're "short and round" like me, this sucker is going to cover your entire upper-body, practically down to your belly button. So you need to measure not only your chest, but your tummy. The 3XL size is actually only 40 inches long, though it stretches a lot. My middle is about 60 inches, and I can make it work, but it's a bit awkward. That said, it's very comfortable once you can get it on.

I have to give kudos to this company. They did make a mistake on sending the wrong size but quickly, and I mean lightening fast, rectified it by sending out the correct size. I didn't have to haggle or go back and forth 26 times. None of that. They apologized and rectified - immediately!!!I don't ask things never go wrong, we are all human. I haven't seen that kind of immediate response for quite some time. Thank you!!!!!The one that was the incorrect size? They were ok with me giving it to a local breast cancer support organization that helps so many in our community for free!In regards to the binder itself. This is the one my surgeon used and I ordered the same. The quality is fantastic and the inner lining very soft. The velcro closure is heavy duty and stays put. I don't know how long I'll have to wear one for my chest lymphedema but at least I know they are comfortable, quality and affordable. If I could give more stars I would!

Nice product. Well made. I work in an operating room and we use this on all our breast reconstruction and mastectomy patients. I recently needed this product and bought based on the number size of my bra. It was a tight but not uncomfortable fit. If used after mastectomy, it may be a better fit. I'm rather short in the torso so it went well over my abdomen which may not be comfortable.Down side of this is that the velcro area is very narrow which does not allow for much adjustment in the fit of the binder.Plus side is that it comes with straps to allow for wearing without it riding down under tops.

I was looking for a compression garment for post-breast-surgery recovery, and this one beats all the others for comfort, compression, and appearance. Very affordable, I bought two (one to wear, one to launder), and still didn't spend as much as I would have if I had purchased the one my dr's office recommended. Brought this one into said dr's office on my first post-surgical visit, and now they have ordered a bunch to offer to their other patients. VERY comfortable, easy to put on /take off, well-made, machine washable, and comes in a large range of sizes and colors & prints, so it doesn't look like a post-surgery garment and can be worn like a camisole under clothes.
