i have one from the 80's that i know will fit - just gotta find it. These are too small. Although i did manage to get it onto the energy saving bulb that i hate.It does not fit the old fashioned bulbs i like. The ones i keep 4 feet from me . Also- i do not even think those energy efficient bulbs put out enough heat for the oil. IDK. I finally smelled a faint smell but nothing like the light bulbs that put out a generous amount of heat ( the ones no one uses but me anymore) So it DID stay on the energy bulb but smell was faint. And not the light wanted it for . My old ring was aluminium and worked perfectly. Again- though 1980's. I'll find it hopefully soon.

These are great to freshen a room, with electricity you are already using anyway! and you can choose whatever fragrance oils you have on hand. The only problem is they do not fit on the new style light bulbs that aren't "bulb shaped".

Love it, put some essential oil in it and the Heat of the lamp bulb sets off a wonderful scent! This is an older product I had one of these many years ago.

Slips off light bulb so easily. Read reviews but still wanted one thinking I could really be careful when putting it on the bulb -WRONG! Spilled the oil. And more than once! Anyone who turns the light on or off when the ring is on knocks it off.

Exactly what I was looking for. I love how it diffuses scented oils and makes the room smell yummy. It's hidden in mt table lamp, so I don't have to make space on a shelf or table for a big diffuser.

This is not my preffered way of using my bulbs to scent my house. While the metal does not hold the scent after its all used up, thus I can change out to a different scent without them mixing with last scent used. But I have to use low watt bulbs or the metal heats up and sort of burns the oil. I also think that makes the scent not last as long. And it only fits the old bulbs.
