I got the product. When i charged it, it worked twice and now it won’t heat up the tip at all.The batteries don’t fit on the charging station and you have to try around before it will find a sweet spot to charge.It makes noise when it is turned on but doesn’t heat up. I won’t recommend it at all. Waste of money. No option to return it now either.
