arrived with some minor chips on the panels and bowls. when installing the stairs portion, we have run into a stability problem. they won't stay on the wall when he's on them.

My cats love these and use them daily. We bought two so we could feed all 3 cats up high where the dogs couldn't reach their food. The stairs are nice for the cats to use to jump up on the ledge to lounge. The only downside is that the wall anchors are pretty cheap, and one of the stairs falls out of the wall slightly where we have to keep pushing it back in. Otherwise, this product is neat and was good for our household.

I have two 10 lbs and under cats. The steps do not hold up. They look good but the steps break after only a few months of use. The top shelf I had luckily reinenforced or it to probably would not have held up

Very sturdy. After months of using it, I have ran into no issues. Hasn’t budged or moved in the slightest. I think it is super important to make sure you properly assemble this to the wall. With making sure it is tight and sturdy, this will ensure it stay on to the wall properly.

Shelf is sturdy and works well. The platform is the right size for one cat to sit on and eat. The smaller "steps" are a bit small. I put one on the wall and my cats have been avoiding it, finding a different way to get to the food shelf. The bowls seem sturdy and should last a while. I clean then with warm water and mild soap. I like the built-in holder for the bowls. This takes the worry out of the cats knocking the bowls off the shelf.

She love this for eating and laying down and so do I she does not nock her food down to the dogs anymore or spill her water its been a life saver will be getting more kinds like this.
