This strap is heavy duty, enough to carry starter current. I would estimate it is equivalent to at least #8 AWG or better. Used to ground Onan 2500 Microlite generator to enclosure case.

Excellent product exactly as described. Length us actually 9.75" end to end. 1"wide. Worked perfectly for my application--to augment the ground clamp on my MIG welder. Material is copper coated in silver colored coating.
