I broke the end off of one of the chocks. Contacted Boyisen via Amazon. The don't sell individual pieces, which I think is a mistake as the nature of the product is that you will eventually break something, but they worked with me and gave me a discount on purchasing a new set. In fact, they offered to give me a replacement set, but that didn't feel right. I bought a replacement set off Amazon and they refunded me part of the purchase. They were extremely responsive and easy to deal with. Will buy their products again. Take a look at their site, they have some innovative stuff.

My husband wanted better leveling blocks for our new trailer, and I got him these for christmas. He is absolutely pleased with this product. They work well and hold our trailer perfectly. They are very easy to use and fit into a cute little bag for nice storage. They are very strong and have held up very well. I am very pleased.

Ease of use. Added a 3 ft length of 1/4" nylon rope to the black wedges so you dont have to get under vehicle when removing them and they are perfect and SAFE to use. Just a thought for the manufacturer to make them safer. Otherwise, a great value for the money

These have worked So much better than the boards we used to use. We have a permanent camp site that’s ever so slopped. We used to use two thin long boards along the door side of our 43 ft 5th wheel toy hauler and they were always sliding all over the place when we backed in. These make the dreaded process a complete breeze! Quality is great.

I used Thea for the first time over the weekend and they worked great. It is better if you have a spotter to let you know when you are far enough on the leveler but you can do it alone. I find these much easier than stacking wood or plastic blocks. The worked well with my dual axle cargo trailer.

These levelers work. I usually setup alone, using a levelmate pro, and I was able to get level fairly easily. However, the teeth that lock the chock into the bottom of the leveler seem to also prevent you from sliding it in easily. You can see on the one review above, where the guy uses them on the semi trailer- they don't fit in well and when you disconnect the tow vehicle, the levelers tend to slide off the chocks. I think that the smooth chocks (like Anderson) might work better, because you can jam them in better. This also might be easier with 2 people, one to pull forward a bit too far, then the other to install the chock, then letting the trailer roll back on may lock the teeth better. That's hard to do with just me.Also, I lost 1 rubber mat, and the company can't provide a replacement (I'm willing to pay for it), so I'll have to look elsewhere.Overall, I'm still planning to use them, but I'd try the Anderson next time.
