I've been using this product for a week now, and let me tell you, it was a bit of a struggle initially. The balls move around so quickly, it's almost impossible to hit them, and I almost gave up. But after an hour of perseverance, I finally got my groove on and couldn't stop! After a session, my head was dripping with sweat. Now, I feel like I've got Spider-Man reflexes, which has really helped me focus at work. It comes with two balls - one with a thicker elastic rope and a heavier ball - along with gloves and a storage bag. If this ever breaks, I'll definitely be buying it again！
