Ever since we bought this very expensive fireplace, we were never able to resolve the issue with the seller about the wiring malfunction, the switch will ignite for few times and stops working, we’re having to disassemble it to change the battery only for it to stop working again after few times. Would not recommend. No phone number or any help from the manufacturer or the seller.

Bought 2 of these fireplaces for the remodel. The ignition button does not work in either one. But if you hold the 2 wires together, it ignites. Was creative and bought a new switch in home depot. No number for customer support. But good price nonetheless. Ok for a flip but would not buy for my own house.
