Great map. Good quality. Allowed me to see the big picture on locations I was going to hike. Always folded up easily. Accurate. As far as maps go, it was on point.

I hike in the mountains two or three times a week. One of the problems I encountered was finding a map that had a scale that allows me to get a sense of the trails while also covering enough area. This map fits the bill. I can pour over the areas that look promising and then drill down to determine if it is suitable for a day hike. The map is printed on very sturdy material and it does not get dog eared. It is also easy to fold back up to the original size. Every hiker should have one of these for their area as a standard item in their backpack.

The national geographic line of maps are awesome. They are a thick map that is supposedly water resistant. They are easy to read and a a great reassurance when hiking in an area.I also carry these in my patrol car as a backup map if the computer mapping goes down.

Excellent detailed and sturdy map to find hiking trails you did not notice before. The maps are pricey though.

Great map if you're a hiker, mushroom hunter! Me? I'm the latter and this'll be extremely helpful. Map is tear-proof so it can be abused to a degree.
