Just used these on a 10 hour plane ride. The noise cancelling was tremendously helpful, I aint be hearing nothing. The music sounds very different compared to my other earphones. The sound quality needs to be experienced, it cant be explained.

I spent an entire career travelling on planes and working on commercial ships, and the original Bose QC wired headphones were my constant companions. I love that the ear cushions are replicable!But I wanted wireless freedom. I tried wireless adapters for my old faithfulls, but they were unreliable. So when I found a pair of wireless 45 QCs on sale I jumped on them. I still think they are the OG for over the ear comfort and the peace of noise cancellation.

Well, it's widely recognized that QC45 is very good. This has been my first time to try/test it. So far (first week) it even exceeds my expectations. Base is outstanding, treble is clear (yes, all bells and whistles are there), mid range is dominant. Not too light, not too heavy, kinda' pleasant to wear. Support is great. Let me just note very quietly that noise cancelling could be a bit better. (Actually, not too bad but not good, either.) Overall impression: highly recommended. Fast Amazon shipping. Thanks.

This was my first time ordering something from Amazon renewed. I took a chance and ordered and I’m so happy I did. They look brand new, came in a Bose case and were fully charged. I downloaded the Bose app and was able to easily pair the headphones to my iPhone. They feel and sound amazing!

After trying a couple of other brands of headphones and returning them both I bit the bullet, upped the budget and opted for these. Refurbished they may be, but they were like new and flawless.The sound, as I've come to expect from Bose, is excellent. They fit over my large ears completely and are very comfortable.There is also an external headphone port for listening the old-fashioned way and here is my only beef with the unit - the jack is 2.5mm instead of 3.5mm, which limits the options for replacement. Bose does sell them and they are not expensive, so this is a minor complaintThere are some controls on the earpieces. They are logically laid out, easy to find by feel alone, and work well. I can't speak for battery life because I have not have them long enough, but overall I am delighted with this purchase.

The headphones are comfortable, sound good, last all day, and have good noise cancelling. They are sturdy and reliable. I use them for my daily work and all of my frequent airtravel.The technical aspects are all just *slightly* better on the Sony WH-1000XM5. I wish Bose had fully closed that gap. That's why I'm only giving it 4 out of 5 stars.However, the Sony headphones break very easily, and Sony will not repair any "physical" defects. The Sony's broke within two months of getting them, doing nothing more strenuous than *putting them on*. These Bose headphones on the other hand have not broken, despite all-day every-day use and frequently being packed up and used in travel.The Bose headphones are not the BEST in terms of technology, but they are very very good, and they're quite sturdy and reliable.

Lo compre como renovado y no sé si es por eso que de pronto al conectarlo a la laptop el ajuste de volumen no es el adecuado, adicional si esperaba sentirmeas aislads del ruido exterior. Aún con lo anterior me parecen buenos por qué la música se escucha genial, y la comidas al ponerlos tambien es muy buena

I got these on a Friday. Tried them on, liked how comfortable they were, so I was like, let me keep them. These are Bose, I owned Bose headphones before, they are always reliable and some of the best available… so I threw the box out. I go to work on Tuesday and take them with me. Turn the noise canceling feature on - the only reason why I bought these! - and it DOES NOT WORK! So I contact the seller and their response was: “contact the manufacturer and have them fixed under the guarantee.” So I’m like they are refurbished how do I/Bose even know that these are under guarantee still…. And the seller tells me to give the manufacturer the proof of purchase but no additional help. I’m sorry, seller, but are you for real??!! You sold me a product that doesn’t work. Sure, I threw out the box, but how does this become my problem? THE ITEM YOU SOLD ME IS DEFECTIVE. The sole function it is made for IS NOT WORKING! I paid you over $250 for an item that does not do what it’s supposed to do and the best you can say is contact the manufacturer???!!! Take some responsibility! I will make sure that I never buy anything from you again. What a waste of money. Now it’s gonna take me longer and cost me more (cause my time is valuable, sir!) to contact the manufacturer and get them fixed than if I had bought new ones at the regular price. Extremely disappointed!!!
