If you are tired of replacing nozzles frequently, these last as long as about 8 alumina zirconia nozzles.I use silicone carbide, which is the hardest readily available media, and this is a must have in my book.

pic has 2 tips, listings name even says "Tips" but then you get one in the mail! O it does mention that is 1 pc but deff 100% misleading. Will never buy this again!

I did the Eastwood pedal blasting cabinet upgrade on my Harbor Freight cabinet a few years ago. Every time I go to order replacement nozzles from Eastwood they are out of stock. That and all they offer is 6mm ceramic nozzles that don't last long using Black Blast media! Biggest problem is the Eastwood guns use a 6mm X 21mm X 36mm nozzle, not a standardized size! I wanted to try boron carbon nozzles since they are suppose to last longer. I ordered the 6mm X 20mm X 35mm nozzles offered here. Knew there was enough thread left on the gun to make up the 1mm difference in length. After receiving them and taking some measurements I knew the O-ring would seal the bottom if centered. The original 21mm diameter nozzle was a loose fit inside the gun bore. I ended up cutting 2 strips of an old remote instruction page 1.125" wide. Between 2 layers I came up with an O.D. 0.015" smaller than the I.D. of the gun keeping the nozzle perfectly centered.Only problem I had with my order is I ordered 2-6mm nozzles and received 1-6mm nozzle and 1-8mm nozzle. Biggest point here is open every package if you order more than 1. If I had opened only 1 package and thrown the other into the tool box until needed, I would have a $20 8mm nozzle that is too large for my compressor outside of the return window!
