These glasses are precisely as described. No issues at all with the labels. Came right off. Made in Spain. (Not sure at all why it would matter whether they were made in Spain or Italy.) Excellent sturdy quality!We bought two smaller sizes of these glasses for my mom about five years ago and they have performed incredibly well. So, I went for the 21+ ounce version for my house because I like at least a 20 oz glass. I love the fact that, unlike most glassware, these glasses stack. Happy to get more in my cabinets!

Lost one star because each of the six glasses had a sticker attached that is very difficult and time consuming to remove. The stickers came off in little pieces leaving a big mess used peanut butter on glue then put in dishwasher came out clean.Made microwave hot tea in glasses added ice to hot tea in glasses no problem. They are tempered glass so they are thin but seem strong like tempered glass should be. Checked with a measuring cup almost 23 ounces filled to brim. Stack very well. Glass is Cristal clear with nice smooth edges found no bubbles or flaws. Easy to hold and drink from and don’t tip easy but bottom is smaller then top. Shipped in double custom box’s with bubble wrap between them, inside box made to fit glasses with cardboard’ separated glasses and each glass bubble wrapped. Haven’t had glasses long enough to see how well they hold up to time or what happens when dropped but when it happens I will update how tough they are. Price is good if they are quality tempted glass if not way over priced time will tell.

UPDATE ON 8/19/24: After I wrote this review, and contacted the seller about the semi-permanent stickers affixed to the glass, I was issued a refund so I'm adding a star back on! Thanks Bormioli.After ordering and sending back 2 sets of glasses because they held much less liquid than advertised, I am pleased these hold almost 22 oz when filled to the brim. They are the perfect size for iced drinks like lemonade or iced tea. They are comfortable to hold and seem very durable. They are not too big for the dishwasher. I had never heard of Bormioli. The packaging says they are made in Spain.Downside--docked a star: Each of the six glasses had a permanent sticker attached to the top near the rim. They were difficult and time consuming to remove. I tried a blowdryer--didn't work. I went with Goo Gone. Each sticker required 2 applications and scraping with my fingernail. The stickers came off in little pieces leaving a big mess. All told, it took me about 25 minutes to get the stickers off and clean up the mess.

I hope this review puts your mind at rest regarding some of the issues mentioned in other reviews. As of mid-December, 2024, this was my experience. I received six 21.75 ounce glasses as ordered in excellent condition. The thin cardboard product box lid flap was open (the locking tab was torn off), but none of the glasses were harmed, and they clearly hadn't been used. Mind you, I live very near to an Amazon warehouse -- if they have a rough time in transit, all bets are off, since there wasn't any packing material around them exept for some dog biscuits, which made up the other part of my order.The stickers on the glasses were plastic and easy to peel off, leaving no residue. A 21.75 ounce glass holds, you guessed it, 21.75 ounces when filled to the rim. Of course, you wouldn't normally fill it that full, so count on it holding 18 to 19 ounces comfortably. The glass itself weighs almost exactly one pound, but the ergonomics are such that it is comfortable to hold and doesn't feel unduly heavy, at least not to me. It's big, so you expect it to be heavy and the body adjusts. (I've found some 12-ounce Libbey Duratuff Gibraltar glasses to be subjectively too heavy because they are much smaller, and you aren't expecting the weight of the thick glass.) You don't have to grip the glass tightly because the wider top keeps it from slipping out of your hand.Yes, the glasses were made in Spain. I didn't find any bubbles, wrinkles or unevennesses in the glass. They are attractive and delightful for smoothies. They'd probably be grand for iced tea, too, but since it's December, I haven't checked that out. They stack nicely, but you need a shelf with enough height to accommodate them. One glass is 6.5 inches tall, and a stack of two glasses is 9 inches tall. They are about 3.75 inches in diameter at the rim and 2.5 inches at the 9-sided base. Hope this helps!

These glasses are exactly what I was looking for. Tempered glass, easy to hold and to stack. Also please note the company has resolved the sticky sticker issue that others have mentioned in their reviews; every label came off cleanly and readily.

As promised, these tumblers are substantial, not fragile. The tapered shape is comfortable to hold (plus they stack). They are timeless in style and worth the expense. They will definitely be around for awhile.

The product description states these are made in Italy. I have purchased 5 boxes, and every item and box was clearly marked Made in Spain. Quality is excellent. They are very easy to grip, and they are quite attractive. They stack well. I noted that there were some questions as to capacity - so I measured it. The capacity is exactly as stated. The only issue I have had is that on four of the five boxes the labels placed on each glass is very difficult and time consuming to remove. On one box they came off easily.

TL;DR These glasses are so big, they can be filled half way with ice and still fit a can of your favourite pop/soda/coke! I definitely recommend them.I purchased these glasses a year or two ago and they've have been great! They're large and feel very sturdy. They have some weight to them (not too heavy) but I would advise caution when used by small children as their size and weight may make it difficult to handle with small hands. It does taper as it gets to the bottom of the glass so maybe it won't be a problem (use your own discretion).I saw some other reviewers state they received the 16oz version instead of the larger ~21oz; I got the correct size, but maybe I was lucky that I didn't get shipped the wrong ones. I've had issues with other items in the past, and Amazon has always been easy to deal with to get the problem resolved so I wouldn't hesitate to purchase them again.

Was looking for a good set of drinking glasses. Tired of having to refill smaller glasses.These hold a good quantity of whatever you’re drinking. Very nice quality and heavy feel to them. Had them for about 2 months now and no issues at all. Very durable and will last a long while.Highly recommended!

These glasses are sturdy, fit nice into your hand, wash nicely in a dishwasher and look nice as well. They are of high quality from what I can see and so far no problems! They may be higher priced however the quality is worth it.
