I am happy with this product. Fitment and finish was nice for my 2016 Accord 2dr coupe v6. Not a lot of difference in sound. I started car without any exhaust and it was quiet. I’m going to cut out the Resonator next. Very Easy to install just had to muscle it a bit and WD40 the rubber bracket holders.

What I liked:It was pretty easy to put on. Just make sure you lube up the flange bolts with some PB blaster and the hangers with silicone spray the night before. It makes removing and putting in the new system much easier. It sounds quite good too. Basically stock sounding at idle and when cruising but noticeably more growly when stepping on it.What I didn't like:The welded on tips. As you can see in the picture, the driver side tip is slightly off angle. Tried for hours to get it to line up better, but there is just no real adjustment for it. I've contacted Borla and they are sending me a new drivers' side. All in All:It's a good system. Easy to put on (it took about an hour with me working slowly). It doesn't sound ricey or anything and as others have said, it sounds almost like an exotic when you're pushing it. I just wish the tips would have been clamp on tips!EDIT: Borla has since send me the replacement part and I've updated the picture of it installed. It looks much better! I'm also upgrading my review to 5 stars for the prompt and professional customer service from Borla. If you ever have any trouble with this system, just email them with pictures and let them know!

I installed this exhaust on my 2016 Accord Coupe V6 with a Manual transmission. I'll split this review up into a few different parts, I'll cover some of the issues other people had along with tips for installation and my own personal opinion of it.Packaging:Came in a large box and was packaged well with plenty of stryofoam to protect it. Upon opening the box the first thing you'll see is a Borla baseball hat, a ziplock bag with a brochure, installation instructions, and papers to register your exhaust with them. You'll also find a small bag labeled "Hardware" that has a clamp you'll need to install it.Sound:I imagine if Honda released an Accord Type R in the US this is what it would sound like. At idle and highway cruise it sounds factory, there is no drone. When you're under moderate to heavy acceleration it's slightly deeper, a bit airy, almost exotic, and you occasionally get a nice crackle while downshifting. It certainly won't wake up your neighbors, I'd hesitate to say it's "loud".Quality:Seems about on par with the factory mufflers. The tips are nice and don't look out of place on the car.Fitment:No issues here, if you don't install it correctly I can see it causing some issues. Everything on their end was fine, the factory rubber hangers worked great with the exhaust brackets.Installation: Took about a half hour by myself while utilizing a lift. It was easy with the right tools. I torqued everything to spec and reused the exhaust gaskets like they specified. After I installed it I lifted it up while it was running, there were no leaks.Installation tips:It's a two piece exhaust system, the piping from the left muffler slips over the piping for the right muffler. I believe this is where people ran into issues with the tips sticking out. I also read that several people had to "replace the studs" because they weren't long enough, I did not encounter that issue.Follow these steps in order, after removing the factory exhaust, to prevent the issue of uneven tips.1. Place the right muffler into its hangers and loosely install the three nuts that hold it in place2. Slip the bracket that was included over the right muffler piping3. Install the left muffler into its hangers, slip the piping over the right side pipe and push it in until it's fully seated4. Now, position the bracket that you slipped over the right mufflers earlier into position, loosely snug it up so that it's not spinning around. Get an impact or ratchet with a socket ready in your right hand so you can snug up the bolt on the bracket. Next grab the piping near the bracket with your left hand and lift it up, inspect each muffler to ensure the tips are sticking out the same. Snug up the bolt till its tight, then torque it to spec. It's much easier than it sounds and should be easy for someone on the ground. I picked up the Lisle Exhaust Hanger Pliers to help remove the rubber hangers and they worked great. I also sprayed down the rubber hangers with silicone spray for removal and installation. Those two things will make this job go smoothly. My personal opinion:I'm use to aftermarket exhausts being uncomfortably loud. I was hoping it would be a bit louder than it is but, it certainly doesn't sound bad and I'm satisfied with my purchase. Borla described it as "mild" and that was a fitting description. If I had to do it over I'd buy it again. I think I'm going to pair it up with the RV6 Cat Deletes, I'll update the review if I do. All in all, this would be great for someone who wants their car to sound more mature but doesn't wanna deal with a drone or wake up their neighbors.
