Once I replaced the bent pulley it works fine. By the way there wasn't any noticeable damage to the packaging, I believe Borgeson damaged the pulley on installation, which they "almost" admitted to, buy wouldn't send out a replacement with me "paying for it in advance".Which I think is ridiculous...given that they "know there is a problem".

Bracket takes a little fiddling but the spacers align the pulley quite well. The location and length of the return nipple makes pressing on the hose a joy!

Does not fit a 68 to 74 econoline, though borgeson says it does. Shoves pump to far outboard to clear dog house

This is the second pump I've purchased from Borgeson, because the first one started leaking. The first pump I purchased I had to send back because the seals were leaking, they "fixed" it and sent it back. Started leaking almost immediately. I decided to purchase a new one and I noticed today it's leaking. I also had to replaced the Borgeson steering gear box because it was leaking too. These are not cheap parts to replace and I would expect they should last for a lot longer than a year. If you get the seal kit to fix this pump it comes with no instructions on how to install it and Borgeson will not have very good instructions on how to get it fixed, in other words, send it in for repairs. I would stay away from this product if at all possible.

This made a great replacement for the stock Ford PS pump in a 65 Mustang (289). It bolted on without any issues and works great. Don't forget to order the correct pressure hose adapter. It was Borgeson 925123 Power Steering Pump Adapter in my case.

Great product but for $243 they should include the necessary nipple needed to attach power steering lines!
