I just put this hanger up on the back of my guestroom door. I had to get all these expensive boots off my tiny closet floor, and this device seemed to be the best option for me since i don't have space for a large boot rack. So far it seems to be handling the 10pairs of boots I "artfully maneuvered" into it with ease. All my boots are knee high, so I can see where calf high boots might fit better, but this fit the knee high boots fine. The hanger on the top does not rotate to hang on the door, so I just bought a doorhanger from $1.25 Tree to hang it on. The boot shaper inserts are short for my kneehigh boots, but they will work ok.

I was hesitant as I saw some negative reviews but this thing actually worked out really well. My closet is pretty packed so I need to do some rearranging but I’m going to order another one of these for the rest of my boots!

Unless all your shoes are large sneakers or chunky it’s not practical for women’s shoes.You need to have equal weight on both sides with sneakers otherwise women’s shoes either get squeezed or plastic holder just collapses.
