I was required to get this to use for a class project. It's held up well being in my backpack and being used almost daily for four months. Great instructions in the cover for folks who've never used a lab notebook before.

I am in a post-grad data science program and keep my class notes and research in scientific notebooks. These are the perfect size for a semester's worth of material. Additionally, they are a pleasure to use. They lay flat with far less persuasion than other brands that I have used. The paper is good quality, lined, with a faint quadrule that is there when needed, but unobtrusive when just jotting notes. I will be buying more of these in the future.
