This ledger book is AMAZING! Exactly what I needed. Love the spiral binding, which allows it to open flat. Also like the plastic covers over the paper cover. Columns clearly defined. Overall design is great. 100% great item and I highly recommend. Will definitely order again as needed.

The loose-leaf column sheets are terrific! I am currently using BookFactory’s wire-bound column books with great satisfaction but was looking to transition to an alternate organization setting and these loose sheets exceeded my expectations. The paper quality is excellent, thicker and smoother than your traditional “green columnar” paper, plus the loose sheets allow me to add pages as needed. I’ve had no issues with ink bleeding through or page tearing, even with daily use.I highly recommend this product and the company. Consistent quality, a wide variety of formats to select from and exceptional bang for your buck!

Just what I needed, and at a fair price. Monitoring my spending/budget is easier now. It is simple, plain, and functional. It lays flat so you don't have to hold it open like a book. All of the columns are blank so you can fill them in however you want. Mine has categories for each column, but you could have each column be a month or year, or each family member could have a column. The boxes for dollar amounts are pretty small, but I view that as "space efficient". You don't have to use a magnifying glass to read what you entered, but you do have to be neat. Big and/or messy writing would be a problem. The plastic cover protectors are super. When this ledger is full I WILL buy another one.

For years I used a spiral bound lined notebook to keep monthly record of our bills.... finally filled it up and decided to shop Amazon for a replacement. This Three Column Account spiral bound book works perfectly for my purposes. The quality of the notebook is wonderful. I love the thick clear plastic outer front and back pages as they totally protect the contents. The paper used for the pages is top quality with very little ink bleed through. For my purposes I'm using one page front for each month and the book will cover four year period.Beauty of the column system is you can set it up anyway you prefer. My method istop line Month and YearColumn HeadersDue Amount DateDate Payee Method Paid PaidIn the Method column I put AD or Check # or for bills I pay from checking via phone callto payee I write Ph Pay fr CHKG starting the description in the payee column. I'm in mid 70's and somewhat old fashioned in that I don't do on line banking.To the far right of the page there is a column with numbers 1 through 37. When a payment clears the bank I put an X in this column.I list our monthly bills by due date order. Annual pay bills or those other than regular monthly bills go below the monthly listing. Any retirement account withdrawals are also noted towards the bottom of the appropriate monthly page.
