This is too thin and flimsy for a paperback of the size you'd use it for. As a much smaller book sleeve, it would work for a typical paperback like a Harlequin romance novel, as to size, but it only comes in the very large size, so it's hard to figure out what to use it for.This is a very large book sleeve of the type they'd typically sell for hardbacks, and it isn't thick enough or padded enough for that size. You can only fit a very large and very thin hardback-type planner or something of that variety, and, even then, it has to be very thin. This works for papers, to keep them safe, and it works for carrying accessories, but it doesn't really work as a book sleeve.I'm giving this three-stars for being good at carrying various accessories with some papers or a small paperback book, because it is functional. However, it can't earn four or five stars when it's so thin that the most I could fit into it (as to thickness) was the standard gratitude journal everyone sells these days. It's simply too thin to carry a book that would be so very tall and so very wide as this. It's the size of a Bible cover, for a large Bible, but it's the thickness of a half-inch paperback, which is very confusing to me.

I love the quality of this book carrier, with its compartments and the ability to store my kindle and books I think it’s very easy to take anywhere. The color is lovely and vibrant as well.

This is a great book protector. It has lots of pockets and space for annotation tabs, pens, notepads, book and tablet. Exactly what I needed. Definitely recommend.

This sleeve is so nice! It has a pocket on the front and inside the zipper on the right is a large space for your book as well as 2 pockets, and the entire left side is a large zippered mesh section. It's soft, not stiff at all, the zipper is smooth and well made, the material is like a vinyl and kind of thick, not cheaply made. I have room for my Hobonichi A6 Techo along with a Moleskin, with lots of room for pens, stickers and sticky notes and tabs. It's very well made and a generous size with a carrying strap on the outside. I highly recommend this to protect journals, diaries, and journaling supplies. Well worth the money!
