I bought this as a gift for someone. It is very pretty but not as delicate as it looks. The cup and saucer are heavier than I expected and "thick" in appearance, like a coffee mug. If you are looking for a teacup that is lightweight with thinner porcelain, this probably is not for you because it will not be delicate in appearance. The round box that it comes in is very attractive. It's a nice gift, not just what I was looking for.

I’ve got a whole set I love them. They don’t stain over time and are good quality and very light. Makes you feel like a princess drinking tea
