Even after mixing the bondo properly, it never solidified. Now I have to clean a goopy mess off my project and start over. Needless to say I do not trust bondo now and will be using a different product. Stay away from this if you don't want extra work on your hands.

Though I remember Bondo fondly from when I had a car in terrible condition in college, I had it recommended to me by a carpenter as the best way to fill nail holes before painting: it dries harder and sticks better than "wood filler," so it's more permanent and lets you more easily make a hole undetectable (if you're planning to paint over the whole piece). This pack has 2 pouches, each one of which is plenty for any reasonable-size project (in my case, filling the nail holes in the trim after replacing a door). Truth is, if you have 2 or 3 reasonable-size projects, you can probably fill all of them with one pouch. It's basically a special-purpose quick-drying epoxy, so you need to have everything ready before you mix it: the thing you're Bondo-ing needs to be as clean and dust-free as possible, though it is sticky enough that if you don't get it perfectly clean and dust-free, it will still probably work fine. Then mix it (no measuring with the pouch system), and slap it on, or pack it in, and move on to the next thing. This version of it is "workable," as they say, for in 3 - 4 minutes, depending on temperature, then you let it cure at least 20 minutes before you can send it (if you need to). This version of it is more expensive per ounce than buying it by the can, but there's no measuring, so you can't get it wrong, and it won't take up space on your shelf while it dries out waiting for you to use it again.TL;DR: quick, easy, convenient, and very effective.

Exactly what it says. The single patch is easy to carry along in the tool box. I don't know if I will have to use it, but will be happy that I have it if I do.

This worked perfectly for my small repair (3"-5") fiberglass car body. It was enough to cover maybe a square foot if the damage is shallow. The product hardens very quickly, so have the surface absolutely ready for the material to spread on.

I loved that this kit was easy to use and it cured fast so I could do the prep work, corrosion treatment, mix & apply and then paint after all in one day! Super time saver!

I've used bondo a few different times for repairs--awesome product but I didn't always need the big can. Love having these smaller pouches for repair jobs where I just have a little reinforcing to do. At the moment I'm working on closing things up outside and getting ready for winter. I noticed a few weak spots in my bulkhead so was easy enough to mix up a pouch, address the problem, sand/spray it when it was dry and project complete. Nice to not have a bunch of leftover open product to put away and try to figure out when/how I'll use it up.

Bondo Original Filler is hands down the best filler I have ever used for automotive repairs. It is easy to work with, sands smooth, and creates a strong bond with the surface. I have used it to fill in dents, scratches, and rust holes and it has held up incredibly well over time. The finished result always looks professional and seamless. Bondo Original Filler is a reliable product that I trust for all my car repair needs. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality and durable filler.
